


TFI meets the red meat demands of restaurant chains like Burger King, Arby’s, Sbarro, Usta Pideci and Usta Dönerci through its Ekur Et Entegre production facility and concurrently serves non-group customers in the related industries with its Amasya Et Ürünleri brand.
Amasya Et Ürünleri products are produced at Ekur Et Entegre production facility located in Suluova, Amasya. The plant which was built on 100,000 square meters, including 40,000 square meter closed area, began operations with more than 500 employees. Ekur Et Entegre, a fully integrated production system from slaughtering to packaging, makes a huge contribution to the region’s livestock farming with a cattle slaughter capacity of 400 heads per day and 120,000 heads per year and an annual carcass meat processing capacity of 33,600 tons.
The plant produces fresh meat, MAP packaged, finely processed deli meats and frozen meat products for consumers, while maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards at the production level.
Ensuring the principles of trust and transparency, all livestock at Ekur Et Entegre are routinely examined by an expert team of veterinarians and tracked at all stages of the supply chain by an implemented special software on traceability. Starting with their birth, all livestock are incorporated into the traceability system of Ekur, in which every step of the supply chain from initial stages of production to final product distribution and sales at retail points are continuously monitored.
