Ekur Et Ürünleri Industry and Trade Inc. has begun its production of meat and meat products under the brand “Ekur Et Ürünleri” in Suluova, Amasya. The construction of the facility started in January 2015 and the facility began its operation in June 2016. The facility has a capacity of slaughtering 400 cattle per day and it can process an amount of 33.600 tons of boneless meat patty annually. It is a completely-integrated facility having a slaughterhouse, chopping system, a further-processing deli system, rendering and waste water treatment systems.
Using the high-end techs in the meat industry and designed to serve per hygiene standards, the facility complies with the European and World standards. Thanks to the ID tags on animals, information about each and every product or batch of products is saved in our servers using the RFID system (automatic identification and data gathering system) in slaughterhouse, chopping, further-processing, packaging and shipping.
The facility uses its high-end techs and hygiene standards not only for meat processing but also for the rendering and waste water treatment systems which are environment-friendly, self-waste-managing and processing.
Ekur Et Ürünleri Inc. provides its in-group customers (Burger King, Arby’s, Usta Dönerci, Sbarro) and other customers with verified hygienic meat and meat products which comply with European and World standards.
