Digitalization is the foundation of our marketing approach. As TFI, we have designed our digitalization strategy in 2019 under two themes. The first is operational transformation, i.e. moving from restaurants to delivery services in line with consumer tendencies and global trends. And the second is the creation of data based on feedback and requests we receive from customers and, more importantly, the correct interpretation of the data we create.
